Refund, Cancellation & BV Reversal Policy

1. Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders in Pending status may be cancelled directly from your Member Portal. Delivered products are eligible for return requests within the statutory cooling-off period if unopened and in original condition.

2. Shopping Wallet Restoration

When an order paid partially or fully via the Shopping Wallet is cancelled or refunded, the redeemed Shopping Wallet portion is automatically credited back to your Shopping Wallet ledger.

3. Business Volume (BV) & Commission Reversals

In accordance with Section 18 and Section 19 of our platform rules, any cancelled, returned, or refunded order automatically reverses all personal BV, binary team BV, and direct referral commissions generated by that transaction.
